It’s the end of August! That means
It’s Melon Menagerie time! We have an amazing crop of cantaloupe and Tuscan melons plus Christmas melons, Seedless watermelons, and our delicious, precious Canary melons!
The Farm Store is open and stocked with our pesticide-free berries, melons, vegetables, and other local foods on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10 - 5:30.
Labor Day weekend will be the last weekend of the season for the farm store. Come get some delicious melons and other products and allow us to thank you for your business in person!
Colorful coneflowers, herb transplants, and Canna lilies are for sale on the Honor System 24 hours a day. Other plants are available when the farm store is open. If you would like products on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, email us an order through the “Contact us” tab above.

Cantaloupe! Super sweet and delicious. Wonderful personal size melons or large ones as well. Priced Individually.
Tuscan Melons! Tastes just like a cantaloupe but with a little firmer texture. Amazing flavor. Priced individually.
Christmas Melons! Also known as Piel de Sapo melons. A Spanish melon with sweet, somewhat tropical flavor. You won’t find these anywhere else. Priced individually.
Seedless Watermelons! The first ones of the season. Gorgeous and delicious. Priced individually.
Canary melons! Sweet and delicous and super precious. The first ones are finally ready. Priced individually.
Strawberries! Beautiful, delicious, and pesticide-free. Limited. $7.00/basket.
Raspberries! Just starting to ripen. Limited but delicious. $5.50/basket. Pesticide-free.
Peaches! Tree ripened and delicious. They won’t be available much longer. From Columbia County.
Nectarines! My favorite with deep flavor. The season will be ending soon. From Columbia County.
Donut Peaches! Very tender and sweet. Large size for donut peaches. From Columbia County.
Purple Plums - perfect for plum tarts or plum kuchen. From Columbia County.
Asian Pears - big and beautiful. From Columbia County.
Clapp Pears - small, sweet pears that taste like a Bartlett pear. They are really good! From Columbia County.
Zestar Apples - the first of the fall apples! A nice zesty apple with a great crunch. From Columbia County.
Gala Apples - a classic fall apple with a nice sweet flavor and firm texture. Combine them with the Zestar for a great apple pie! From Columbia County.

26 weeks a year, we have freshly harvested vegetables, berries, and transplants for sale at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market every Saturday. The Summer Market is located along River Street, Broadway, and Second Street in Troy, and is open May through October. Our booth is at the corner of Second St and Broadway. We hope to see you!
