It’s July and produce is starting to trickle in! PYO Blueberries and the farm store will open on Friday July 17th. PYO will be open from 9 AM - Noon on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The farm store will be open until 5:30 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Food crops available this week include slicing cucumbers and Kirby cucumbers, head lettuces, zucchini, and the last heads of escarole. During the week of July 6th, the first blueberries will be ready and a minimal number of strawberries will be available mid-week. The ever-bearing strawberries should hit their stride in late-July/early August and then we have them throughout the fall. Place an order early in the week through the “Contact” tab above for strawberries and we will do what we can to fill your order.
Our perennial flowers are still available! The penstemon, canna lilies, and Dalmation Peach foxglove are attracting hummingbirds and butterflies every day. The hibiscus and coreopsis are absolutely stunning so jazz up your garden beds with perennials chosen for beauty, hardiness, and food for hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees.

26 weeks a year, we have freshly harvested vegetables, berries, and transplants for sale at the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market every Saturday. The Summer Market is located along River Street, Broadway, and Second Street in Troy, and is open May through October. Our booth is at the corner of Second St and Broadway. We hope to see you!
